I have bought 3 vehicles from different people and have always had a great time! I am from RKY and so I get all my service maintenance done and they pick up my car and drop it back off for me so this time I tried the new mobile service and it went good! Didnt even have to leave my work!

I have bought over five vehicles, both used and new, from Jack Burford Chevrolet. Each time I have been treated with respect, given a fair, reasonable trade in amount, and was offered great financing options. They have warranty options through Allstate that work, and saved me over $2,000 when one of the trucks I purchased had a brake control module fail a few years after purchase. We called before we drove 4 hours. We asked for photos of any cosmetic issues and we were told there were none. Upon arrival, the truck was dirty like somebody went mudding. We were examining the vehicle and not one person came out to greet us despite several employees standing around. We go inside and ask for the person who was supposed to be our sales person. Being the closest dealership, have been forced to use them on several occasions. Once to replace driver lumbar: they replaced the lumbar and neglected to hook up the seatbelt warning. When I returned, SURPRISE SURPRISE, they wanted me to PAY for them to fix their mistake! Had a KNOWN BY GM problem with battery cable: Jack Burford “could not find any problems” but could charge me $650 for the “diagnosis”. Worst customer service I've ever had!!!!!!. They treated me awful. I took my truck back in June for the window not rolling down and it would display the door open and other displays. They charged me over $400 dollars and wasn't fixed. Took it back December 20 for the same issues, they had it 2 days, said it was fixed, charged me $225.00. Jack Burford Chevrolet had a used car listed on their website for $4,500 and I setup an appointment on Wednesday Morning at 8:30 AM. to look at it. No respect is shown and will fight you to fix a vehicle under warranty and on recall? Says the recalled part has to fail before they will fix it? Now my breaks are acting up and I’m just going to use a different dealership. Had been negotiating on a Black Widow for 2 days. Finally came to a price on both my trade and the new truck. Set an appointment to come test drive the vehicle after work. Even mentioned that I could take off early. the owner and manager of this place are idiots, you would think they know at least something about repairs but they are clueless, clueless about everything expect talking you into signing a paper. The parts people here huff or puff anytime you ask for anything or speak a word to them. However they have a good service write Ricky, he’s always on point and polite. Not sure how he had stayed around these uneducated jerks!! But thank you Ricky for always taking care of us!

This place is a complete joke bought a 2017 suburban on sept 11 have driven 12 days total and now has been in another shop since nov 12 and still don’t have back to make up for the mistakes they did while working on it 4 times !! Jack Buford Chevy is a joke an the Gm James has no clue
