Get ready for award-winning fall family fun at Devine’s Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch. This seasonal corn maze, pumpkin patch, and overall fun experience opens on Sept. 9 and runs through Oct. 30, giving you plenty of time to pick your perfect gourd. Admission includes a pick-your-own (PYO) pumpkin from the patch along with a 10-acre corn maze, wagon ride, tube swings, board games, petting zoo, and bonfire with roasted marshmallows.

If you’re looking to make a whole day of your pumpkin search, this is the place. And, if you get hungry during your excursion, you can always stop at the farm’s Corn Cafe for snacks, drinks, and candy. Open only on Friday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday, it will be more than worth it to schedule a trip to visit this local farm.

Bi-Water Farm and Greenhouse

Bi-Water Farm and Greenhouse has begun the countdown to its famous Autumn Fest. Have you? Just in time for the season, this local farm is gearing up for a fall party beginning on Sept. 10 with extended hours kicking in Sept. 19. When you buy a ticket, you get admission to a farm area packed with family-friendly adventure. Explore several play areas and adventure parks filled with fun games and activities like a zip line, slide, sandboxes, mazes, and so much more.

There’s also a PYO pumpkin patch, of course, and a country market if you’d rather just grab it and go. If you’d like to get the lay of the land before jumping into your first activity, you can hop on the Autumn Fest Express train ride to help plan your next move or just take in the atmosphere. Open every day throughout its season, with extended hours on the weekends, Autumn Fest is about to be your new favorite seasonal tradition.

Baldwin Farms

If you’d prefer a little more freedom in your fall festivities, head on over to Baldwin Farms. Rather than charge admission to its fall harvest, this local farm lets everyone in for free and then offers more activities and events for an add-on charge. When you arrive, you can explore over 10 acres of PYO pumpkin fields, guaranteeing you’ll find your perfect match. All you have to do is grab a cart and head out to the field, offering a worry-free picking experience that’s only limited by your own imagination.

After finding your perfect pumpkin (or a few) you can head to the Kelly House Market and Co-Co House to grab some seasonal treats and produce. Add-on activities include weekend-only pony rides, a corn maze, barrel cart rides, and horse rides for the older kids. The fun begins Sept. 25 and runs through Oct. 30. Two Sisters Pumpkin Patch

Gearing up for their 24th pumpkin season, Two Sisters Pumpkin Patch has the experience and expertise to give you the fall day of your dreams. This local farm opens on Sept. 17, when you can begin enjoying the farm’s free admission. Each free entry includes access to the pumpkin barn, gift barn, and animal barn, while additional activities cost extra.

Additional activities include a corn maze, pumpkin slingshot cannon, pumpkin painting, train rides, and a hayride option that provides you access to any pumpkin on the field that speaks to you. New for 2022, miniature cows will surely bring you and all your loved ones absolute joy and delight. This fully stocked farm experience is open on weekdays and Saturdays for your fall-based delight.

Evans Orchard and Cider Mill

While pumpkins may be the talk of the season, every fall fanatic knows that you can’t truly say you’ve experienced fall until you’ve had a fresh apple cider. Evans Orchard and Cider Mill is here to help. As the only apple pasteurizing facility in the area, this orchard has the hookup to the freshest cider you could imagine. It’s no surprise, then, that this spot is also famous for its apple cider doughnuts and homemade fried apple pies. And that’s not even counting the pumpkins.

Enjoy PYO options for the perfect pumpkin experience. There’s also a play area and barnyard available for a separate admission price. This spot includes slides, swings, tractors, climbs, and all sorts of fun for kids of all ages. It also comes with admission to the Barn Yard petting zoo. Hayrides, corn mazes, and apple canyons may cost extra. With farm markets, fresh produce, and the Sweet Apple Cafe serving up treats, you will surely have an amazing day at this sweet farm.

If you can’t wait another second for pumpkin season, you’ll be happy to know that it starts Sept. 1 at Happy Jack’s Farm. Enjoy a wagon ride out to a 20-acre pumpkin patch that houses over 75 varieties of pumpkins, gourds, and squash. There’s also a petting zoo, a two-acre corn maze, and a seasonal farm stand to keep you busy. The best part, though, may be that all of this is completely free. Save your money for what matters (more pumpkins) and visit this local spot any day of the week all the way up until Oct. 31.
